Account Security Tips
The pgpg9 platform protects player data with SSL encryption, and there are security practices that players themselves should follow.
- Set a strong password — Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid easy-to-guess information like a parent's name or date of birth.
- Use your own device only — Do not log in from a friend's or relative's phone or computer. Access your account from your own device only.
- Avoid public Wi-Fi — Do not access financial accounts over public Wi-Fi networks such as those at coffee shops or bus stations.
- Do not share your account — Sharing your login details with any third party can lead to account loss. Remember that pgpg9 staff will never ask for your password.
- Check the official URL — Every time you log in, make sure the browser address bar shows pgpg9.mom before entering your credentials. There may be fake sites that look similar.
- Change your password regularly — Changing your password every 3 or 6 months keeps your account more secure.
- Log out after every session — When you finish playing, click the Logout button to exit. Simply closing the browser is not enough.
